The AT&T Media & Sponsorship team is seeking an enthusiastic and intuitive Sr. Manager to be a key component to the AT&T Business Media Strategy team.

The Senior Manager, Media Strategy will execute and manage media plans that support the advertising and business goals of the AT&T Business Group with primary focus falling within the Small + Mid-Market segments. Responsible for implementing the best mix of media channels, with a focus on identifying and optimizing tactics that efficiently and effectively reach target audiences. Collaboration is a crucial proponent of the role with agency partners and internal teams (.com, marketing, product, advertising). Reports to Director of Media Strategy.
Responsibilities
Serves as day-to-day contact for the media agency, ensuring agency is delivering the best efficiencies and value for the Business and that recommendations are meeting business objectives
Work with internal partners to improve communication and streamline processes
Manage communication process, frequent analysis and presentations on B2B media strategies, sponsorships, allocations, and ad hoc requests
Keep open line of communication to ensure all parties are regularly informed of all applicable updates
Help to develop and execute innovative media strategies and programs
Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of all media trends and corresponding impact to the AT&T business
Develops the right strategic allocation of media resources across all media channels including performance-based marketing
Demonstrates an understanding in and knowledge of digital and emerging media platforms
Utilizes effective data and insights: competitive, marketing mix model allocations, targeting (first and third party)
Lead the optimization and tracking of plans across all tactics
Qualifications
This position will sit in Dallas, TX or El Segundo, CA and will need to come into the office a minimum of 3 days per week
3 or more years of media/advertising experience, with agency experience preferred
Knowledge of media trends, landscape (buying/planning), terminology and measurement
Understanding of advertising channels from digital, TV, print, Out-of-Home, CTV, Addressable
Emphasis on digital inclusive of DCO and DSPs
Ideally has worked with different measurement, planning and reporting tools such as Neustar (MMM), Adobe and Tableau
Able to articulate a persuasive point of view clearly and concisely, both written and verbal
Self-starter with problem-solving mindset
Able to work with other groups and teams
Exceptional project/program management skills
Able to provide clear and concise feedback
Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
