We are looking for a strong marketing operations leader to support Asana’s Inbound and Lead Generation efforts and drive pipeline generation. This role acts as the liaison between business and Asana’s internal technology teams. You will translate Marketing and Revenue needs into strategic operational projects and develops an inbound operations portfolio with a vision that helps shape Asana’s go-to-market motion.
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. What you’ll achieve
Be responsible for lead-to-opportunity conversion rate across Marketing channels Own and oversee a portfolio of operational initiatives, providing a point of view on how we design our tooling and process to increase speed to customer and inbound conversion Partner with Asana’s Data Science and Enterprise Technology teams to design and implement inbound processes, including lead scoring, funnel optimization, conversion measurement, and attribution modeling Provide operational support for strategic initiatives (Product Led Sales, ABM, etc.) by collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, Product and Sales Perform analyses and stakeholder interviews to identify process gaps. Strong data analysis skills Drive Sales and Marketing alignment, acting as the strategic partner to business leaders to build long-term collaboration Strive for execution excellence, ensuring high quality and delivery of work About you
6+ years of experience in Marketing & Revenue Operations. Domain expertise with marketing & revenue automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Outreach, Iterable, Salesforce, Tableau, data warehouses) 5+ years leading complex, large-scale operations projects (e.g. lead scoring, attribution, capacity analysis & planning) Experience in B2B Marketing and/or Demand Generation You build with a vision and can balance between the big picture and detail-oriented execution Strong collaboration and communication skills You have the ability to speak both business and technology You are excited about taking on new challenges and understand success takes iterations At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $182,000 - $232,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
