　　**[ABOUT THE POSITION:[The Senior Manager, Treasury Compliance will lead compliance activities across the financing portfolio. This includes project- and portfolio-level debt financings, as well as tax equity partnerships. Responsibilities include establishing or maintaining compliance process as needed, as well as oversight and support of execution. This includes tracking and compiling compliance deliverables for corporate debt, processing various financing documents, and maintaining an internal records system. The position will report to the Treasurer. She/he will partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the efficient and accurate management of funds and reporting. She/he will also provide the development and/or review of financial statements and disclosures.
