  Job Overview

  The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management and Analytics will work as part of our Sales & Distribution Center of Excellence, the Sales Operations Senior Manager drives all operational issues or relevant information to guarantee connection and absorption by the bottler, creating a strong foundation for operations support in the ISO network. Operations includes supply chain, demand planning, financial reconciliation, and cold drink equipment tracking / communication.

  This person contributes to our vision of sustained top-line growth by aligning our bottler operations and field teams against biggest growth opportunities and identifying the key activation levers that deliver superior sales results.

  Responsibilities:

  Sector subject matter expert and call point for Independent Bottler operational topics (e.g. can shortage, product and raw material codes, pallet configurations, launch issues)

  Provide Bottler supply chain expertise and counsel to beverage innovation teams to ensure full KDP considerations are included

  Owns the development and deployment of ISO system intelligence and coordination of all rack, cold equipment, and POS management in concert with the BAM Team.

  Owns the timely and flawless management ISO system deployment and tracking of new item innovation and LTO packages for across divisions

  Develop and deploy a process for less than full product ordering for low velocity SKU’s

  Develop and deployment of a process to manage and monitor bottler perfect order metrics.

  On time, complete, and “untouched”

  Internal wiring in all area routines, liaison with operation’s structures, with call points and interaction with bottlers

  Drive consistent and accurate operations support communications

  Assist in the data acquisition for and maintenance of information systems, and analytical tools utilized by Bottler Operations teams

  Ensure Inventory Days of Supply “end-to-end” visibility across all ISO Bottlers and KDP system

  Lead monthly calls with Bottlers’ Operations teams to discuss sales and operations planning topics, innovation, and upcoming supply and demand challenges.

  Link to ISO field sales team on all operational topics

  Develop strong working relationships with all key cross functional partners in ISO Sales & Distribution (inclusive of the BAM Team), Supply and Demand Planning, CTA and Finance

  Perform weekly root cause analysis, utilizing exception reports and tools to identify inventory availability risks, and providing detailed action plans to mitigate potential “Out of Stock” and product aging risk.

  Communication to Bottlers & KDP ISO Key Stakeholders – respond to requests and provide data / insights that support Bottlers with product and raw material availability

  Connect / build relationships with distributor finance teams to create a streamlined trade funding interface: quickly identify discrepancies and investigate the source of the error, and communicate solves / reconciliations outcomes

  Act as point of contact for RSM / DSM for distributor trade reconciliations ad-hoc reporting and troubleshooting

  Alignment with internal Beverage Concentrates Finance and CTA to support invoicing, trade budgeting and dispute resolution

  Work closely with Revenue Growth Management team to support tool deployment and process improvement

  Collaborate with divisional and regional sales managers to evaluate monthly funding claims made by customers against expected funding amounts and drive the process of aligning final funding expenses per customer.

  Own trade reconciliation/financial scorecards: Identify items for reconciliation / AR’s / discussion by consolidating bottler feedback, comparing invoices issued vs. payments received by bottlers, and other methods, all supported by the Finance Administrator and temporary trade finance analysts

  Compare bottler claims vs. program mechanics to identify preliminary findings (e.g. bottler error, KDP error, etc.) and consolidated report of impacts

  Share reports and findings with DSM / RSM / TSM as required and participate in meetings to finalize funding decisions

  Coach and coordinate Finance Administrator and temporary trade finance supporting roles

  Support and play key role in ad hoc projects

  Key Team Deliverables:

  Annual ISO Cold Drink Equipment Tracking from Field Sales to KDP Cold Drink Team

  Weekly Innovation Tracking during key windows

  Monthly OTIF and Perfect Order Tracking to ISO Field Sales

  Monthly operational calls with key ISO Distributors (ILC + Top 5)

  Monthly Trade Settlements reconciliation to Field Sales (by RSM, by Distributor, by Account)

  Monthly To Book, To Build Reporting

  Monthly Credit Reporting to ISO Field Sales Teams

  Requirements

  5+ years diverse Supply Chain experience (Sales & Operations Planning is a plus)

  Preferably 3+ years in a consumer goods industry (DSD beverage industry experience is a plus)

  Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or other supply chain and business-related field is desired

  Technical Competencies include advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Visual Basic/R-Script and Tableau a plus

  Strong leadership skills with ability to influence others, develop strong working relationships, build talent, and effectively manage change.

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead internal communications, meetings, and influence senior distributor management stakeholders

  Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
