Pole Frame Carpenter

　　Description:

　　Operate nail guns, hammers, and tape measures

　　Read, understand, and build according to construction plans

　　Execute tasks needed to complete commercial buildings, but not limited to:

　　digging and installing footings, framing doors, and finishing wood/metal trim

　　All work is exterior

　　Occasional height requirements of 30-45 feet. Tied off anytime over 6 feet. It is safe, but a lot of people get nervous at this height.

　　Bonuses:

　　Once with the company for 1 year employees will also be eligible for bonuses. These end up being at least 20% of income and some crews see up to 40% depending on how quickly they work.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Must be ok with heights and be able to climb a ladder up to 30 feet

　　Would be nice if candidates have 1+ year of steel studded framing experience or some type of construction experience, but open to giving anyone a chance

　　Per Diem:

　　$40/day per diem if travelling

　　Hotel covered by employer
