In this remote role, you will drive the company's ARR reporting and analytics, business intelligence, long-range plan, and other strategic finance projects. You will lead a high-performing, geographically dispersed team of financial analysts and data developers and actively participate in building a positive culture that is customer-focused, team-oriented, and results-driven. You will be a hands-on player-coach contributing to financial model building and insights while leveraging your team to deliver greater financial analysis at scale. This role is key in providing strategic analysis, business insights, and decision support to our executive teams. You will interact regularly with senior executives and their staff across all departments and the Board of Directors.You are the ideal candidate if you have a solid background in financial data analysis, reporting, ad hoc analysis, and interpreting results to recommend financially sound business actions. This role will interact regularly with senior executives and their staff across all departments and the Board of Directors.What you'll do:Assist the finance and cross-functional leadership team by providing insights that drive positive business outcomesLeverage operational data to communicate actionable insights and recommended actions to senior managementManage a team of two financial analysts plus a manager of reporting & analyticsCollaborate with IT, Finance, and other functional teams to continuously advance our data analytics capabilities, systems processes, and tools that drive more profound insights into customer behavior and business performanceOwn reporting of key corporate metrics such as ARR, retention, CAC Payback, etc., and provide critical insights into monthly and quarterly resultsManage and drive the company's long-range planningFoster cross-functional alignment and improve business partnerships and drive alignment, communication, and resourcing across functions to ensure meaningful KPIsSupport ad hoc strategic finance initiatives, including financial modeling of M&A opportunities and IPO readiness requirementsPartner with other Finance teams to leverage metrics for communication with current investors and advance our IPO readiness initiativesAssist in preparing reporting and analysis for company shareholders and owners, including quarterly BoD package and prepare ad hoc analyses for the CEO and CFO addressing questions from the Board of Directors.What you'll bring:Minimum 8 years of finance and strategic planning experience, including core competencies in budgeting and reporting, financial modeling and analysis, capital budgeting, investor relations support, and familiarity with corporate accountingMinimum 5 years leading an analytics team with the ability to create a performance- and metrics-focused cultureProficiency in MS Office Suite, and highly proficient Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling skills using large datasets with multiple data sources. Tableau, Adaptive Planning and/or Oracle Financials experience a plusExperience in a B2B tech/so
