The Role

Responsible for leading a team of project managers. The team will be responsible for defined business value delivered on time and on budget, and with stable operation. Responsible for project execution over numerous projects or complex programs. Ensures solutions meet business needs. Consults and collaborates with leadership, subject matter experts, and others as needed to drive successful end-to-end delivery.

The Main Responsibilities

Develops, plans and manages development and implementation activities for highly complex programs for external and internal customers to ensure success of business objectives.

Manage scope definition, stakeholder expectations, project plan, milestones and associated deliverables, project financials and business case oversight and subcontractor relationships and deliverables.

Development and management of cross program delivery teams composed of cross-functional internal and external resources.

Assesses project plans and progress, collect, consolidate, and review status reports as needed, as well as review status with project leaders on a continuous basis.

Support end-to-end project planning, risk identification, dependency tracking, issue identification and change management on projects.

Sets and controls standards and mentors project managers to improve delivery of projects on time and within budget, given scope and known risks.

Continually identifies opportunities for innovation and improvement within projects as well as across Infrastructure Shared Services.

Lead project management team in the support of Infrastructure Shared Services long-term goals of Availability, Manageability, Standardization, and Simplification; via projects, process management, and task assignments.

What We Look For in a Candidate

10+ years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and experience

5+ years’ management experience

Experience leading multiple complex projects in the technology industry

PMP certification preferred

Master’s preferred

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$111480 - $148630 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.

$117340 - $156450 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.

$123210 - $164280 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.

$129080 - $172100 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
