Drive projects in EPD India’s Organic development portfolio

　　Accountable for end to end Portfolio and Project management (Development till Launch) for the assigned portfolio

　　Working closely with Director – PMO & Site Operations to enhance PPM tools & systems, roles and responsibilites, governance mechanisms and drive process improvement with Lessons learnt from earlier projects

　　Facilitating Ideation (by collaborating with Development, Commercial, NPI and Medical teams on the basis of market insights) to augment I&D Portfolio

　　Change agent in integrating all functions (RA, Medical, NPI, IPR, QA, Development, EPO, Site etc) involved in Development till Product Launch

　　Closely work with I&D and Finance during Project Budgeting phase and facilitate in Project Cost tracking

　　Responsible for status reporting and tracking of projects on Abbott Systems and maintaing accurate and upto date database for the same

　　Qualification & Experience

　　Masters/MBA from premier institute, background in Pharma/Healthcare preferred

　　8 - 12 years of experience, preferably in Pharma industry (Formulation Development and Project Management)
