Designs, develops, and maintains dynamic software products and solutions using Jira and Jira Align. Delivers software applications in an Agile environment. Employs a data-focused approach to analyze customer needs, translates strategic objectives into action, and prioritizes software enhancements that improve product value. Indexes documents and searches platforms. Designs and builds innovative products and services. Develops solutions for integrated production and inventory control, and cost analysis systems. Analyzes information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of new systems or modifications of existing systems. Designs, develops, and modifies software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leads, coaches, and mentors junior software developers of the team.Develops, documents, and revises system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.Tests, maintains, and monitors computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.Collaborates to design systems and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.Develops and oversees software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.Elicits, captures, and interprets customer problems from multiple perspectives across projects or within a program.Establishes and project manages analysis plans for multiple moderately complex work streams.Monitors, analyzes, assesses, and communicates activities that impact the customer experience.Develops solutions and analyzes data to meet business needs.Defines requirements, system configuration, data conversion, and business and client acceptance testing for new client implementations.Manages processes for documenting project objectives, client business requirements, and technical or data specifications.Manages client and product level service level agreements related to customer experience measures - response time and abandonment rates.Advises business partners and colleagues using data to achieve better out-comes for associates, customers, and clients.Leads client requirements gathering and analyzes existing client processes with a focus on keeping technical service solutions within current service offerings.Gathers requirements for integrated processes.Recommends solutions between business units.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business Administration, Global Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Product Management (or closely related occupation) analyzing investments data and deriving insights using Microsoft SQL server, Oracle SQL Developer, Power BI, and Tableau applications in a financial services environment.
Or, alternatively, Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business Administration, Global Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Product Management (or closely related occupation) analyzing investments data and deriving insights using Microsoft SQL server, Oracle SQL Developer, Power BI, and Tableau applications in a financial services
environment.

Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") building functional and technical epics and user stories for platforms using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models; performing data analysis using Oracle SQL Developer and Microsoft SQL Server; performing Web services testing for full stack applications using Insomnia and Postman; and developing User Interface (UI) mockups using Balsamiq.DE formulating data models, use-cases, and activity diagrams using Microsoft Visio and Balsamiq; building test strategies and cases for Web applications in HP ALM and JIRA; and leading Agile ceremonies - backlog refinement, sprint planning, scaled Scrums, and retrospectives.DE defining technical roadmaps, formulating solutions, and monitoring product development for financial Web applications using Jira, Jira Align, Rational Team Concert, and MS Office Suite; gathering REST and SOAP API capabilities by incorporating Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and data modeling principles in a scaled Agile framework (SAFe); and defining data indexing and search engine algorithm requirements for Solr based applications.DE sourcing, extracting, and normalizing enterprise level data to provide business and operational insights for Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards using Power BI and Tableau; defining Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes for data movement; and formulating business processes and rule based operational workflow requirements using Java Business ProcessManagement (JBPM).
