Job Description :

　　Key responsibilities that the role will take on to lead:

　　Identification of continuous improvement and transformation opportunities and execution of projects, in partnership with the Master data management and Supplier Experience leadership and teams/

　　Driving efficiency and effectiveness for operations and GBO( Global Business Operations) services

　　Supporting in developing the content and delivering key trainings across the GBO organization

　　Work with markets to help drive upstream process improvements

　　Lead and mentor Lean Six Sigma projects by driving teams to practice structured problem-solving methodologies to drive improvements.

　　Coach and mentor individuals on Lean Six Sigma methodologies

　　Be an enabler of continuous improvement and change management to help create a culture and mindset for Quality in the organization.

　　Must have Skills /Experience:

　　Experience of 12- years in the Continuous Improvement /Quality space with a strong domain expertise in Procure to Pay, Master Data Management in Global MNC environment

　　Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt ( minimum).

　　Desirable: Master Black Belt
