About Senior Manager, New Product Introduction and Enhancements

  About the Team Introducing a new product or significant capability to the market can be a daunting task. It involves careful planning, collaboration across different functions & teams, and continued customer feedback and iteration. The New Product Introduction and Enhancements team (NPI&E) is a new team within the Enterprise stream at Miro, tasked with helping solve this critical problem.

  About the Role As the Senior Manager of New Product Introduction and Enhancement at Miro, you will be pivotal in driving the successful rollout of new products and identifying and formalizing opportunities for iterative enhancements through direct customer feedback and insights, with a specific focus on the Americas.

  This cross-stream position encompasses the entire product lifecycle, focusing on collecting, aggregating, and owning the transition of customer requests into actionable product requirements. This highly visible role will engage with our most strategic customers in the Americas, as well as Miro Product and Go-to-Market teams to implement our products in customer environments, help us achieve product market fit and identify critical opportunities to improve our product adoption.

  As a member of the team, you will also own the interlock with your regional counterparts in the Americas region, ensuring challenges and opportunities are understood and prioritized within the broader organization.

  The role requires hands-on technical execution skills across requirements gathering, use-case and feature definition, technical design, cross-team and function coordination, and product management skills. Proven experience moving products from product concept to production is critical.

  What you’ll do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to our customers, including Beta, Limited Launch Availability (LLA), and General Availability (GA) phases, using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services Identify opportunities to enhance the roadmap's effectiveness and align it with customer needs and market trends Own the landscape of need within the Americas market and work closely across all business lines to ensure our product is fit for purpose Run quarterly lock ins with key product counterparts to ensure critical customer feedback and sentiment is shared and understood Troubleshoot and work as a part of the regional organization to identify risks or blockers to success within our product, iterate on workarounds or solutions, and drive outcomes to ensure success for our teams and users What you’ll need 8+ years previous experience in senior roles in Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success or Pre/Post-Sales A detail-oriented and customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating customer needs and customer experiences into the product development process Technical background or ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and understand technical constraints and opportunities Proven track record working with diverse teams and working across-teams Deep empathy with, and understanding of customer needs Curious, structured thinker, strong communicator Highly productive and motivated by solving hard problems Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done in a fast-moving, ever-changing startup environment The role is based in Austin so we need someone based there or willing to relocate What's in it for you 401k matching + Competitive equity package Excellent Medical, Dental and Vision health benefits Fertility & Family Forming Benefits Flexible time off Lunch, snacks and drinks provided in the office Wellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowance Annual learning and development allowance to grow your skills and career Up to $2,000 of charitable donation matches each year About Miro Miro provides a visual workspace for innovation that enables distributed teams of any size to dream, design, and build the future together.
