What you'll do:
Reporting to the GM L&D, this role is responsible for helping lead the design, development and execution of gold-standard learning and development programs for the company as well as establishing leading organization development practices/models and strategies to help the company achieve its growth goals.Act as a key project leader on initiatives that advance enterprise and leadership skills in areas such as performance management, strategy and vision, communications, influencing others, data-driven decision making, business acumen, and more.Build L&D programming to help scale the company's progress, globally, and meet the needs of diverse learners at all levels.Reinforce key learning objectives through an omnichannel approach, scaling and spreading learning into the organization via multiple channels/modalities.Maintain strong relationships with Business Development, Client Services, Talent Acquisition, and Growth teams to ensure alignment of people-focused initiatives.Help develop, maintain, and deliver a world-class learning enterprise portfolio that complements functional/business training.Implement measurement and assessment tools to constantly iterate L&D programming and show progress.Identify different types of trainings or certification offerings globally, consistent with TTD's L&D mission.
Who you are:
6-8+ years of experience designing and leading L&D programs, preferably in high-growthcorporate environmentsIn-depth understanding of best practices in learning strategy development and executionProven experience with curriculum development, delivery methodologies, and best practicesExperience operating as an L&D generalist, flexing to meet the needs of the team to build, deliver, facilitate, and measuring learning.Passionate and curious about growing and developing teams globallyExcellent communications and stakeholder engagement experienceProven ability to use a consultative approach and persuasive communication with stakeholdersAbility to prioritize work and operate as part of a fast-paced, agile teamAbility to work in and manage ambiguity, including dealing effectively with issues that result from a fast-evolving environment

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is$110,500-$202,500 USD
