This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As a Senior Manager of International Tax Operations on the International Tax Operations team reporting to the Director of International Tax Operations you will focus on tax compliance required under U.S. tax law for non-U.S. activity as well as international tax calculations necessary for U.S. GAAP quarterly reporting.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Direct and develop direct reports within the International Tax Operations teamManage processes, activities, and tasks of the International Operations team to ensure U.S. tax compliance and quarterly provision deadlines are metDevelop and implement process improvements to optimize resourcesConduct tax research and document findings/positionsOversee ad hoc International Tax related projectsHow you will collaborate with others:

Cooperate with Domestic Operations group to ensure efficient collation of U.S. and non-U.S. resultsConsult with non-tax functional groups such as Treasury, Accounting, and Legal to further departmental and company objectivesSupport Tax Planning Forecasting, Tax Reporting, and Tax Controversy groupsWork with Tax Tech on process improvementsWhat deliverables you will take ownership of:

Compliance for non-U.S. tax activity required under U.S. tax laws and regulationsU.S. tax calculations related to non-U.S. components of quarterly tax provision reporting (e.g., deemed inclusions, FDII, and FSI/FTC)Memos documenting research and findings of tax positionsMemos documenting Tax Operations’ processesWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

Seven (7) years in a Big 4 / U.S. multinational corporation tax environmentFive (5) years in international taxTwo (2) years of management experienceIt would be useful if you have:
