  The Sr. Manager, Sales Insights and Growth is a multi-faceted role, blending cross-functional strategic thinking and operational execution. They will be involved in thought leadership, and strategic planning, and will be a key stakeholder and project leads on initiatives not only within the Sales organization, but throughout the business. They will partner with senior leadership to develop strategies that impact organizational design and sales/marketing process planning to drive revenue growth. The role will influence the way we support business mechanisms and cadences from a data perspective and shape strategy through business insights.This individual will have the skills to administer, plan, report, and drive process optimization. They will support the sales organization by being a subject matter expert and working cross-functionally to provide insightful global reporting, KPI's, and predictive analytics, drive tool requirements across the business that support the buyer's journey, and continuously improve and review the global/regional sales operations processes. Responsibilities:Design business processes that enable the organization to collect data which will result in key metrics, KPIs & predictive analytics to be provided to different personas of the business, including C-suite.Strategize with key stakeholders across different functions of the business to understand their goals & design/implement corresponding business processes leveraging tools, reports & data analytics to ensure process & reporting alignment as well as tool optimizationYour insights will drive improvements to the reporting tools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data to their customersYou will be responsible for analyzing sales performance, identifying trends, forecasting future sales, and driving data-driven decision-making to maximize short and long-term revenue growthLeverage data and analysis to land business insights that develop GTM strategies, and scale the businessDrive & manage new tool requirements & tool optimization, such as  changes, working with SO Analysts & SF Dev team, to develop creative solutions to better meet the growth needs of the sales organizationUsing predictive analytics to keep a pulse on industry trends, and create innovative solutions that impact organizational design and Sales/Marketing process planningTakes the lead on projects to enable the organization with tools, researching, and bringing forth leading-edge ideas.Collaborates on other business requests to establish realistic goals, timelines, and road maps.You will lead a team responsible for providing proactive, deep insights nto metrics driving the business on a regular cadenceAct as a project sponsor with implementations by writing the spec for the consultant company & our SF Development team, creating and managing testing plans, and preparing users for the global rollout (i.e., CPQ, High-Velocity Sales)This position will be responsible for ensuring the rhythm of the business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics are delivered with high consistency and qualityIT TeamsStrategic partner of BI and Applications teams has standing meetings to strategize the next steps to enable the business and execute projectsStaying current on software training to continue to be a super user and enabling sales operations to alleviate some day-to-day requests from sales users (Cognos, Salesforce, etc.)Brings forth enhancement opportunities and works collaboratively, at times taking the lead, on strategic implementation (SFDC applications such as CPQ and Cognos Cloud License initiative)MarketingCollaborates with leaders to strategize how data should flow from Marketing Systems to CRM, how sales will interact with inbound leads, and ultimately report out to the business.Key stakeholder in MI->MQL->SQL->SAL processes (quote to cash) and related recurring and ad hoc reporting.Works in partnership on shared tech stack, including tools such as Partner Relationship Manager implementations and maintenance, Pardot integration, and calendaring tools.OperationsProvides expertise on CRM and sales data to help better collaborate with the Customer Support Team, work towards shared initiatives, and provide data to help make business decisions.Partners with Logistics & Planning to enable special initiatives such as order priority management and recurring reporting needs as well as using predictive analysis, paired with historical data to inform forecasting process improvements.Job Skills and Qualifications:Organizational skills and ability to self-motivate7+ years of business analysis experienceProven experience in a similar role with a focus on analytics and business insights to drive revenue growth leveraging applications, such as Salesforce Pardot, CPQ, High-Velocity SalesCRM and database management experience with a strong understanding of sales, sales operations & processes, sales reporting, and management.Advanced Excel (Formula writing, Pivot Tables, Charts, 3D Maps)Data visualization and presentation experience (IBM Cognos preferred)Analytics and reporting expertiseTrack record of delivering strong results, seeing initiatives through from start to end, and self-accountabilityExcellent interpersonal skills with a team-focused mentality and proven ability to work collaboratively & cross-functionallyDemonstrate analytical, reasoning, planning & problem-solving abilitiesExperience presenting to Executive leadership as well as working with front-line team members.Ability to work effectively in a team-based organization, collaborate cross-functionally, and build alignment around goals and objectivesComfortable in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, growing organizationSalary $140,000 - $170,000 Plus Bonus Eligible
