　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Our Medical Technologist performs and demonstrates proficiency and understanding in one or more areas of the clinical laboratory. The commitment to service, safety and professionalism is critical to achieving the best experience for our patients. 　　What You Will Do In This Role

　　You will perform chemical, bacteriological, serological and microscopic procedures in one or more laboratory sections.

　　You will maintain records of performance, patient results and quality control.

　　You will maintain equipment, record preventive and remedial maintenance of equipment.

　　You will assist with laboratory training programs as required.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Bachelors Degree

　　Tech in Cytogenetics CG, or Clinical Laboratory Technologist, or Tech in Molecular Biology, or Medical Technologist, or Medical Lab Scientist, or Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Specialist in Hematology (SH) must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date

　　Hematology experience is strongly preferred.
