  Position Summary

  The Senior Manager, HR Systems & Efficiency will work closely with the Vice President, Human Resources, internal stakeholders and external vendors. This role is accountable for the overall optimization, enhancement, implementation, maintenance, and effectiveness of the global HR Information System (SAP SuccessFactors) and its integrated systems and tools, essential to the full cycle of human resources processes necessary to meet business objectives.

  This position has one direct report and one indirect report.

  Role – Key Duties and Performance:

  Oversee the strategic plan for the HR Systems & Efficiency function and manage projects within Canada as a part of the global HR Transformation Committee.

  Manage HRIS projects, and process improvements, including any associated change management, to facilitate new implementation, enhancements, or redesign of the current configuration.

  As a part of the global HRIS committee, provide the best practices, and the centrally designed processes to Canadian subsidiaries by sharing all required communication and training materials and other change management practices, to ensure seamless integration of HRIS solutions with other business systems.

  Maintain and develop the existing HRIS System configuration and its integrated systems by collaborating with cross-functional teams across North America to ensure all processes work smoothly and manage the troubleshooting processes with third-party vendors.

  Create and distribute people analytics and dashboards to support our stakeholders in driving data-centric decisions.

  Provide HRIS Admin support to the central HR functions to run the country-wide HR campaigns such as Performance Review, Compensation, and Variable Pay campaigns, annually.

  Identify the HRIS training needs of end users and develop and provide the necessary training to meet those needs.

  Manage all projects and improvements in coordination with leadership, the global HR Transformation Committee, and the project teams.

  Skills/Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  10+ years of HR experience with a focus on data, systems, and process optimization, and at least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.

  Thorough knowledge of HR processes, especially in Benefits Management, Performance, and Goal Management.

  Strong Project Management and Change Management experience with a proven record of long-term project achievements.
