To deliver on this mission, we're seeking a creative benefits communications or marketing professional to manage, design, and implement high-impact benefit campaigns that promotes and facilitates communications across our diverse employee populations - and drives employee engagement with company health and welfare benefit initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead global benefits communication initiatives that reach audiences in several countries. In this role, you'll collaborate with leaders across the P&P business to create a structured vision for communicating and bringing health, welfare, and wellbeing initiatives to life in new and engaging ways for our employees. You have experience driving awareness and engagement across a variety of onsite and offsite channels - reaching thousands of employees - in large "start-up" type work environments. Communicating with and earning the trust of leaders, and across a wide, matrixed and multi-stakeholder group, is comfortable and natural for you - whether in written or verbal form.
