Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity
The Senior Manager, Payment Network Services (PNS) provides the leadership to define the vision and strategy for the PNS gateway and to manage the activities of the PNS team. You will be accountable for the PNS business P&L, financial planning, sales process (business development and account management), ensuring the currency of the PNS platform including compliance, and operation processes.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship : You will report to the VP Client Solutions.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
Create and implement a holistic strategy for the PNS gateway business and develop the PNS gateway team.
Manage client relationships through the complete engagement lifecycle including contract negotiations.
Develop new customer opportunities.
Develop product roadmap and BCM plan
Develop an annual financial plan with P&L responsibility.
Maintain relationships with RBC and Moneris teams to guide platform service levels and enhancements to meet customer needs.
Monitor service levels and manage escalations promptly.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
Ensure all mandatory Compliance responsibilities are completed promptly.
Foster internal Moneris relationships across multiple teams to ensure understanding of initiatives to the Moneris strategy.
Establish relationships with external vendors and Card Brands that support our mutual customers.
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce/Finance or in a related field or equivalent work experience
7+ years in the payment processing industry with a understanding of the technical flows.
5+ years experience in sales and account management and business development
Technical sales support experience to lead both pre and post-sales activities
5+ years experience in customer relationship management
In-depth knowledge of the payment processing industry, processing infrastructure, and related technologies
Nice-to-have...
Previous experience in the payment industry is considered
Bilingual in English and French
