Interface with internal and external customers providing support for product development, product characterization, pre-/post-sales activities, refinement of current applications, and development of new applications. Lead characterization activities focused on product functionality development, including new hardware and software feature definition. Drive application testing. Interface with engineering team in defining detailed implementation of product features with end use-case perspective. Interface with key customers on use-case requirements definition and future development needs. Develop best-known-methods and drive knowledge transfer process around product applications. Closely communicate with cross-functional teams to integrate market requirements into product definition. Support product demos for potential customers. Position involves management of 8 direct reports. Travel is required. Salary range: $161,281 - $184,300 per year.
