JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Senior Manager, Supply Chain and TWC will partnerclosely with Sr. Director, FP&A, Segment CFO, and the Supply Chainleadership team to develop, monitor, and deliver material saving andcashlow productivity opportunities to drive the segment profitability.This will include key analyses and recommendations on both short termand long term strategic initiatives, and operational improvementprojects. In the crucial role, the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain and TWCwill play a pivotal part in ensuring effective financial managementwithin the materials management domain and in trade working capitalreporting and optimization, while also playing a key role in support ofother broader business priorities across the segment. This role willalso play a critical role in connecting the supply chain with thecommercial demand to ensure we have an optimized inventory levels at allstages in the supply chain. This role requires strong collaborationacross the business as analyses, insights and recommendations arepresented, including strong capability to influence others. We arelooking for someone who can: build strong relationships within theorganization; engage at all levels in the organization; take advantageof data & analytics to provide business insight and decision support,drive improvements, efficiencies, and harmonization in planning,reporting and finance operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Partner with the business leadership to enhance visibility of thecurrent Supply Chain and Materials Management processes and financialreporting practices to drive accountability and execution. Identify andcorrect data irregularities while proposing and implementing reportingenhancements. * Lead the Trade working capital, capital expendituresand free cash flow efforts for the business. Partnering with DivisionFinance and Operations leaders to deliver results * In partnership withthe Divisional finance teams, Establish the appropriate KPI\'s andcomprehensive analyses of working capital trends and targets.
