  About the Team

  The Finance & Strategy team accelerates the growth of our business by evaluating and implementing new opportunities and solutions. We partner with teams across the company to improve the profitability, scalability and defensibility of our business model. We're looking for people who can model the future and to help carry projects from conception through execution.

  About the Role

  You will join a small, fast-paced, high-performing Finance team whose objective is to help support the Business & Corporate Development teams. You will evaluate inorganic opportunities and partner closely with our Business & Corporate Development teams to help establish and lead some of the most impactful programs we undertake as a company. On a typical day, you may extract insights from data, build financial models for potential acquisitions and partnerships, and present findings to senior management.

  Once our offices reopen, we expect this role to be remote with some travel.

  You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  Evaluate large, strategic potential M&A targets as well as smaller opportunistic deals and investments

  Evaluate and structure strategic partnerships with companies to accelerate our businesses

  Conduct financial diligence on target companies

  Participate in integration planning and conduct financial integration on acquired companies

  Monitor and evaluate portfolio investments against plans and communicate performance with senior management

  Gain an understanding of how a growth business operates at scale

  We're excited about you because…

  You have 9+ years of strategic finance, corporate finance, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital experience

  Are strategic, driven and analytical with a passion for the local delivery economy and a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape

  Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and broad quantitative analysis with a familiarity of basic accounting principles

  Ability to work effectively with cross-functional senior executives in a fast-changing environment

  Compensation

  The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

  Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

  In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role also includes opportunities for equity grants.

  California Pay Range:

  $172,000 — $258,000 USD

  New York Pay Range:

  $172,000 — $258,000 USD

  Washington Pay Range:

  $163,400 — $245,200 USD
