The role of Senior Manager, Field Strategy , is responsible for supporting operational, sales, and marketing priorities in the US Immunology business. This position will report to Senior Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations in the Immunology Business and is a member of the Senior Sales Leadership team.
The Senior Manager, Field Strategy is a unique role that partners closely with senior sales leaders, marketing, and operational business partners to develop strategies and solutions that enable and accelerate competitiveness of field sales organization. The role will require strong proficiency in leading leaders without direct authority and building tight-knit collaboration with business partners across Immunology commercial functions. Primary areas of focus for this role include but are not limited to the following:
Evolve organizational capabilities and drive change management by shaping go-to-market strategy, structure, processes and communication. Examples include: field deployment, JET, shaping field communications.
Elevate organizational effectiveness by proactively identifying and implementing solutions that enhance data-driven insights and field confidence in KPIs, including incentive compensation. Examples of topic areas include: data management, contest and incentive compensation design, Data reporting/Wizard updates.
Amplify power of One Immunology by driving connectedness and alignment across business partners within home office and with field, especially in execution of critical sales meetings and events. Examples include: shaping national sales meeting/manager’s meeting, developmental/team-building focused meeting for senior leaders, touchpoints and OneImm Council event.
Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
A minimum of seven or more years in sales, insights, and/or operational roles is required.
Strong leadership, management and teamwork qualities are required.
Strong strategic/tactical planning and implementation capabilities are required.
Demonstrated proficiency in market analysis, business planning, understanding customer needs, developing solutions, and general project management is required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
Experience with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, or other platforms is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
