Responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention of clients Will manage and develop client and WTW relationships and grow portfolio within the business unit.
Role
Renew strategy meeting s to discuss modelling and analytics results, establish design & goals, and determine marketing strategy
Request for renewal information sent to Client
Renew terms deadline with insurers
Present marketing summary, proposal comparisons, analysis and recommendations to the client
Finalize program and obtain revised quotes from carriers
Provide bind order to WTW
Bind coverage and obtain confirmation from carriers
Provide confirmation of coverage and Binders to the client
Issue proof of insurance (COI and Auto ID Cards)
Deliver Policies to WTW
Review policy for errors and request corrections
Requirements
Preferably educated to degree level or relevant industry experience
Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service
Strong practical knowledge of account development and appropriate tools to achieve this aim
Experienced knowledge of insurance markets in order to deal effectively with client and WTW needs
Knowledge of WTW products and services
Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists
Ability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery
