　　We are looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Senior Manager Engineering , based in Dupnitsa.

　　How you’ll spend your day

　　• Organization and oversite of the implementation of CAPEX investment program projects as well as non CAPEX ones

　　• To control the activities of the external companies, providing services for maintenance of utilities systems and repairs of building;

　　• Participates in the preparation of the annual CAPEX

　　• Participates in the preparation of the annual budget

　　• Control expenditures to be in accordance with the approved annual budget

　　• To be involved in the preparation and updating of job descriptions of subordinate positions

　　• Supervise the compliance of employees with the requirements of the regulations and the fulfilment of the obligations on occupational safety and health and environmental protection

　　• Responsible for managing of the health and safety activities in the relevant structural unit;

　　• Participates in the development, coordination and updating of Business Continuity and Sustainability Program plans and documents within the company and work center

　　Your experience and qualifications

　　• Education - University degree

　　• At least 3 years of experience in qualification and validation of production equipment including project management

　　• Pharmaceutical background would be considered as an advantage

　　• Computer skills - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft project

　　• AutoCAD will be considered as an advantage

　　• English – written and spoken, work level

　　• Flexibility, good organizational skills, self-motivation
