  The Senior Manager, E-Commerce Sales & Merchandising – Skin Creative is responsible for developing and executing our E-Commerce growth strategy for the Skin Creative business unit. This role will lead every aspect of our go-to-market strategy in E-Commerce focused on market leading growth. Direct account responsibility including planning, P&L management, and media execution retailers, assortment and content management, and promotional planning and execution for Pure Play sites and stewardship of key drivers for retail partners' online sales.

  What You’ll Do:

  Drive Omni-channel sales and support - Develop E-Commerce strategy, activation plans, marketing, and advertising activities, and prepare and implement content improvements that drive sales and market share across Amazon, Pure Play retailers, and retail partners’ online sites

  Direct account responsibility for selling through Pure Play retailers, including, but not limited to Amazon US and Amazon CA as well as for social commerce platforms and other 3P marketplaces

  Be an active part of a collaborative North American Amazon team to create, support and drive programs/direction that generate sustainable growth and long-term profitability for the Skin Creative business

  Partner with global E-Commerce teams and BIC Center of Excellence to support growth globally

  Partner closely with marketing team to create full-funnel conversion -driving activations online

  Oversee social commerce platforms and 3P marketplace business selling

  Responsible for site analytics, vendor central management, item setup, portal management and more

  Oversee P&L, sales plan construction, and promotional and advertising program execution in collaboration with U.S. Amazon team and provide visibility to Skin Creative leadership

  Participate in NA/USA E-Commerce team meetings and involvement in overall business to ensure Skin Creative is in line with direction and growth opportunities

  Maximize learning and resources from USA business to drive Skin Creative growth

  Leverage NA and USA learning and systems where feasible to move quickly

  Demonstrate leadership by staying abreast of performance results and industry trends and providing regular updates and recommendations to the organization regarding growth opportunities and system enhancements

  Provide direction to a customer service/coordinator role to ensure we stay on top of all activities

  What We’re Looking for In You:

  Bachelor’s degree required – IT, marketing, business/commerce, or other related fields. MBA is preferred

  5+ years of E-Commerce sales/account management experience is a must

  Experience with Amazon and Omni-Channel accounts is required, preferably with a consumer products company

  3P Amazon experience is required

  Strong initiative, collaboration, multi-tasking, high energy, communication skills, and experience succeeding in a fast-paced environment

  Demonstrated success in E-Commerce market preferred, project management, influencing skills and analytics

  Must be available for necessary travel (likely around 20%)

  Location: 100% remote role (must live in the USA)
