This position is responsible for growing company’s business on Fliggy&Alibaba eco-system. As the Fliggy store P&L owner, he/she is in charge ofplatform strategy, business planning, store management, marketing campaigns, media management, performance optimization on Fliggy and other platforms within Alibaba eco-system.
What will I be doing?
The ideal candidate has strong understanding of China Digital and e-commerce ecosystem. He/she should be highly motivated, dependable, and have a desire to take ownership of their duties to help the company grow and succeed.
The responsibilities include:
· Manage and strengthen the relationship with Fliggy and other partners within Alibaba.· Develop business growth strategy on Fliggy & Alibaba platforms to achieve the business goals based on market trends and corporate business strategy.· Develop and carry out plans to drive Fliggy store online sales & member engagement.o Manage the Fliggy store, products, promotions, media, partnership and other daily operations to achieve the targets.o Work closely with the internal teams and agencies to continually enhance the user experience and increase conversion & revenue on those platforms.o Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Destination Marketing and Marketing & eCommerce Consultation teams to develop strategies for regional tactical promotions.o Plan and implement the marketing campaigns on Fliggy, Tmall, Alipay or other platforms and leverage the internal and external media resource to drive the marketing and business goals.o Define, analyze, track results and interpret success levels against a defined set of key ecommerce performance metrics.· Manage the Fliggy international store and related stakeholders, including Hilton global & APAC teams, Fliggy and TP teams.· Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports, projections, and reviews on all key performance metrics.· Introduce industry best practices, standards and innovation.
