  About Walmart Performance Marketing

  Walmart's Performance Marketing group drives significant traffic and revenue to Walmart's site and app. The Innovation Team uses performance marketing strategies and tactics to achieve results for emerging growth areas of Walmart's business. Specifically, this role will focus on supporting Walmart's B2B offerings (Walmart Business, Walmart GoLocal) with effective digital performance marketing efforts with emphasis on Paid Search.

  Our Marketing team has flexibility on location, for most of our openings, you can live within driving distance to one of our hubs: Bentonville, AR, Hoboken, NJ, San Bruno, CA, Sunnyvale, CA or Los Angeles, CA. We're moving toward 3 days in the office per week, with flexibility.

  You will make an impact by :

  Leading paid search activation across key digital marketing programs driving incremental traffic, customer acquisition, lead generation and retention programs.

  Supporting the development of Walmart's digital media strategy by providing input into channel strategy including future-thinking opportunities and testing

  Reviewing and developing insights from channel data; diagnosing and pin-pointing actions, and metrics to continue to grow, influence and enhance effectiveness of channel strategy.

  Overseeing end-to-end implementation of Walmart B2B marketing programs; focusing on problem-solving calls-to-action and running rapid-response and issues management. Providing guidance on campaign optimization methods to achieve campaign and channel objectives.

  Collaborating with digital marketing teams and with Marketing leaders and cross-functional teams across the organization (e.g., eCommerce Category Marketing, Site Merchandising, In-Store Marketers, Product Management, Engineering, Insights and Analytics) to develop and implement multiple complex, channel-specific digital marketing plans/ programs.

  Leading the development of reporting and monitoring dashboards across digital channels. Recommending improvements to optimization methodologies based on performance reports.

  Minimum qualifications:

  5-7 years of professional B2B marketing experience within a data driven eCommerce or digital marketing, or agency organization.

  Proven track record of leading and executing successful Paid Search programs across digital media partners (e.g. Google, Bing).

  Deep understanding of key media channel execution (CRM, Paid Social, Display, SEO and Affiliate) and its interactions with/impact on Paid Search.

  Strong analytical skills, capable of working with data and deriving insights to drive hypotheses and actions from it.

  Strong interpersonal skills and capability to present thoughtful insights and recommendations across many teams with varying familiarity with digital channels.

  Experience working cross-functionally among business stakeholders and technical teams such as Engineering and Product in order to achieve other business projects

  Expert skillset in MS Excel, Web analytics suites (Omniture preferred) and Dashboarding platforms (Tableau, Thoughtspot etc.).

  Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.   The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

  Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

  Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
