　　Creative Directors at Riot define and oversee the overall creative strategy for a product. You’ll create inspiring creative direction across experiences that genuinely surprise and delight our players. You ensure parity with product strategy and tie the product’s goals to the target audience. Creative direction is for the team; as the Creative Director acts as the intersection between aesthetics, story, and brand that evokes a visceral response in the user. You’ll represent the game at the IP strategy level and work with fellow Creative Directors to shape the future of the IP.

　　As Creative Director, you will own the holistic creative experience across all of Wild Rift, globally. You will bring together, guide, and inspire teams of multi-discipline developers to  develop Wild Rift’s own unique and iconic creative voice. Through your close partnerships with Riot and Tencent stakeholders and developers, you will ensure that Wild Rift delivers a cohesive and resonant experience for players. You will report into the Executive Producer.

　　As a Rioter in China, you'll join a team of internationally and culturally diverse professionals that share our prioritization of player experience, rejection of convention and maniacal passion for gaming. 

　　To reinforce Riot’s collaborative culture in our China offices, we’ve decided to do away with the constraints of traditional hierarchical title structures that are more common in the region. Titles don’t really matter at any of Riot’s offices, but we chose to take this extra step in our China offices to foster a space where teamwork thrives. We believe that removing this constraint will promote individual autonomy, ownership, collaboration, and a focus on results. We promise you won’t need a title at Riot to make an impact.

　　Uphold the expression of the League of Legends IP Partner with Riot regional partners and Tencent developers on creative strategies that provide thematic cohesion on cross-game tentpole moments Produce artifacts that inform, align, and empower art, narrative, and audio Lead and manage creatives while promoting a healthy and collaborative work environment Required Qualifications

　　5+ years experience in game development, minimum 2 years management experience Operated as a key creative leader Experience working with multiple disciplines to deliver on a goal Fluency in English and Chinese Desired Qualifications

　　Professional experience establishing creative vision and strategy Has shipped 1 title as a creative lead Deep knowledge of the League of Legends IP Don’t forget to include a resume and cover letter.
