This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of consultants to important functions across Hilton! The team consists of both embedded authorities who serve as strategic advisors to partners and technical specialists who are proficient in advanced analytics techniques and tools. As a Senior Manager, Analytics Product , you will support Hilton's Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales organizations, with special support for the executive leadership team. On the Analytics Product team reporting to Director of Analytics Product, you will support projects including MarTech and other Data First initiatives.

What your day-to-day will be like:
You will ensure successful end-to-end development of analytics data products across multiple data-first initiatives.You will play a crucial role to own and drive the analytics ecosystem & data strategyas part of the business roadmap.You will be engaged with data product management which requires leading the iterative nature of building analytical tools and data set development and managing their lifecycle which is related to, but different, than a normal application or software development lifecycle.How you will collaborate with others:
Partner with analytics, business, data, and external partners to articulate the MarTech data transformation’s vision and communicate timelines, opportunities, and hurdles.Drive MarTech analytics product success to support MarTech business objectives by delivering an aligned analytics reporting strategy & roadmap for MarTech as well as consolidate MarTech performance reporting across ecosystem.Build MarTech Analytics product strategy & roadmap supported by Hilton’s Commercial Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand use cases and lead requirements gathering process for analytics reporting, in support of MarTech data initiatives.What projects you will take ownership of:

You have these minimum qualifications:
7 years of work experience in Product and Project ManagementTwo (2) years in report and dashboard design and developmentTwo (2) years working with data representation, storytelling, analyses, and modelingFamiliarity with BI tools (including Tableau, MicroStrategy, SAS, Qlik, etc.)Travel up to (10%) (if applicable).It would be useful if you have:
