Description:
Review and approve employee expense reports submitted through Concur and ensure reimbursements meet company policy.
Review employee timecards for necessary job and work type classifications.
Process full cycle of employee bi-weekly payroll through Paylocity for approximately 200 employees.
Ensure employee taxes, benefits, 401k, garnishments, and other withholdings are accurately applied and calculated each payroll.
Process garnishments, child support orders and government reports.
Reconcile cash account balance with the bank statement monthly.
Process invoices for customer service visits and maintenance contracts.
Review and post Accounts Payable vouchers.
Create reports for various requests regarding payroll.
Ability to apply general ledger accounting knowledge when posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
Ensure all deadlines for payroll and month-end tasks are being met.
Other duties may be necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors in Accounting/Business or related area
2-3 years plus related experience
