　　Responsibilities

　　High School diploma or GED preferred - 5 years minimum related experience preferred Qualifications

　　Performs all operations and various heat treating operations including but not limited to continuous furnace, batch furnace, etc. Maintains controls on furnaces and generators to ensure proper settings and dewpoint readings.

　　DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (not listed in any particular order)

　　Checks dimensions and tolerances

　　Performs own setups

　　Works with minimal supervision

　　Assists in training and instruction of lower level personal.

　　Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.

　　Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

　　Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

　　Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
