About Physical therapist - PT

　　Position: Physical Therapist

　　Hours: Open to Part/Full-time options

　　Setting: great location! Assisted and Independent living community

　　Location: Green Valley

　　Sign on Bonus up to 10k for full time candidates and 5k for Part time candidates.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Graduate from Physical Therapy program

　　Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice

　　Previous experience in outpatient, preferred

　　Must meet Clinical Competency requirements

　　Ability to travel within 50 minutes of your assigned primary building(s) as needed.

　　Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health
