　　Onboard new employees as a part of IT orientation

　　Provide front line support to employees around the world

　　Partner with teams around the company to onboard and integrate new tools

　　Participate in an on-call rotation

　　Document IT processes for internal and external use and build towards greaterautomation

　　Mentor junior IT personnel in technological skills and IT best practices

　　If you've got it - we want it:

　　3 - 4 years' Experience configuring and maintaining Okta or similar SSO tool

　　Experience supporting cloud productivity tools: Gsuite, Slack, Zoom, Jira

　　Minimum 5 years' experience with Mac OS in a corporate environment and 2years with Windows.

　　Mobile device management expertise

　　Familiarity with Inventory management

　　Strong written and oral communication skills and a growth mindset

　　Salary Range ($97,000 - $139,000)

　　The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salaryoffered within the range described will be based on the individualcandidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
