Responsibilities of a successful candidate include: *Eagerness to engage with clients, consultants, product reps and internal team members in ways that build relationships and align to BWBR core values. *Develop and confidently present design ideas to clients and internal teams. Ability to continually adapt to find creative solutions. *Comprehensive knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture selection, and specifications. Ability to integrate sustainable materials and construction practices into projects. *Ability to exercise independent judgement, coordinate work, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and motivation to other team members. *Possesses exceptional oral and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. *Proficiency with software such as Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Cloud programs. *Possesses an understanding of building codes, regulations and safety standards. *Produce detailed documents for all phases of design.
