　　The Senior Industrial Designer creates brand influenced design visuals and experiences in support of the creative endeavors of our business. It's their role to execute and deliver to design/user requirements effectively within NPD projects, at the same time helping maintain brand lead design elements as the business progresses.

　　Support our design vision by executing our brand, core business team, and product design strategies.

　　Execution of design activities and deliverables on NPD projects.

　　Collaborate with the following process partners to ensure design consistency for our family of products and the user experiences they deliver: Product Mgmt., Project Mgmt., Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, etc.

　　Education, Experience, & Skills Requirements

　　BFA Industrial Design (or equivalent degree)

　　Minimum 5-7 years of proven product design experience preferred

　　Strong design process understanding

　　Mature user research experience

　　Maturing storytelling abilities

　　Mature understanding of universal ergonomics + HMI guidelines

　　Strong hand sketching and rendering skills

　　3D CAD modeling (Rhino/Solidworks)

　　3D digital rendering (KeyShot)

　　Mature understanding and application of DFM + DFA

　　Physical prototyping (additive + hand modeling)

　　Adobe Creative Suite

　　Microsoft Office

　　Behavioral, Abilities Requirements + Distinguishing Characteristics

　　Mature degree of professionalism

　　Design Thinking (analytical critical thinking + problem solving)

　　Mature communication abilities

　　Ability to collaborate across multiple functions/disciplines

　　Innovative by nature

　　Mature technical design abilities (specifically related to universal design principles, design

　　process and form development + understanding)
