Why You Matter: As a Senior IE&D Business Partner, you will align with and have the primary responsibility for developing and advancing IE&D strategies for a specific workforce profile. This includes desk-based colleagues, frontline and retail workers, field employees, and global workers across various Customer-facing Facing Units (CFUs).
Key Focus Areas:
First 30 Days:
Understand strategic objectives and the work-worker-workplace strategy.
Connect with key stakeholders to identify perspectives, expectations, and organisational culture.
Conduct a comprehensive current state analysis of IE&D initiatives.
First 60 Days:
Collaborate closely with the CIEDO to refine IE&D strategy.
Develop plans and timelines for implementing risk-assessed key initiatives.
Shape the roadmap for creating and launching specific IE&D programs.
First 90 Days:
Work closely with the Senior Programme Manager and IE&D Activation Specialist to begin the rollout of key IE&D programs and initiatives for your portfolio.
Engage closely with your stakeholders to monitor participation, and risk, and gather feedback on the initiatives.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
Provide strong business partnering support to your assigned client portfolio.
Execute the IE&D strategy, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
Utilize data-driven insights for decision-making.
Maintain relationships with key business stakeholders.
Stay updated on emerging IE&D trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
IE&D Subject Matter Expertise:
Deep expertise in IE&D.
Proven track record of translating knowledge into impactful action.
A background in organisational psychology is desirable.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Emotional agility to establish trust with key stakeholders.
Ability to translate and articulate the IE&D strategy.
Effective influence on senior leaders.
Strategic Programme Delivery:
Design scalable and tailored initiatives, policies, and programs.
Translate strategic goals into impactful programs.
Strategic Business Partnering:
Emotionally intelligent collaboration with senior leaders.
Deep understanding of unique challenges and opportunities within the portfolio.
Data Analysis:
Highly data-driven with expertise in workforce data analysis.
Ability to shape data into a cohesive and compelling case for change.
External Engagement:
Forge strategic alliances with external organisations, industry experts, and local communities.
Collaborate with external experts to align interventions with best practices.
