Role SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic, competitive, and adaptable individuals to join our team and help grow our business. As an Individual Life Insurance - Inbound Sales Consultant (ISC), you will actively consult with Prudentials business partners and Internal Sales Teams to help identify customers Life Insurance needs, craft and present solutions to meet these needs, and provide support throughout the pre-sales process.
As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you will be trained as a licensed financial professional to assist Prudentials sales teams and distribution partners in uncovering and developing sales opportunities. Our key objective is to provide consultation to help progress the sale of Individual Life Insurance policies through demonstration of product, illustration, and sales concept expertise. In addition to the extensive training on life insurance products, sales techniques, and systems; we will focus on developing your overall leadership and technical skills through ongoing coaching that will help you build your career at Prudential.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $57,900.00 to $86,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
