Responsibilities:
Ensuring that technical requirements of the project input and output are met.
Managing the production of the required product and the delivery of the project in partnership with the stakeholders to ensure desired acceptance, closedown, and handover to service.
Operating within defined working practices, ensuring compliance with local project management policies, legal requirements, procedures and methodologies.
Creating and maintaining project plan.
Manage standardization of system and processes for Fujitsu Poland.
Creating and maintaining the project documentation.
Addressing project risks, and actively participating in production of an effective plan and risk assessment so that timescales and project costs are met.
Actively seeking and addressing ways to improve work standards, methodology, and processes to support the strategy.
Providing advanced knowledge and best practices aimed at improving and automating processes.
Actively participating in recreation of HR processes to fit the needs and system possibilities.
Regularly reviewing the technical aspects of the project and driving the service owners to deliver at the committed quality.
Actively participating in creation and maintenance of project action plan, RAID, and project reports.
Managing the risks associated with the technical deliverables of the project to minimize Fujitsu’s exposure to risk post system go-live.
Identifying and eliminating issues.
Supporting HR Team in redesigning processes to be short, effective, and easy to adopt to the business.
Monitoring and delivering project activities according to agreed timeline.
Close cooperation with the Vendor and Fujitsu Project team in preparation of realistic migration project map.
Understanding the needs of the stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of processes in the system.
Taking an active role in coaching and developing the system knowledge, skills, and competence of team members.
Providing updates to the Project Team on agreed and ad-hoc basis.
Ensuring knowledge, documentation and project results sharing on a regular basis.
Supporting the project team in defining and managing the UAT process.
Ensuring successful system transition resulting stabile operations post go-live.
Providing technical input to project related reports: closure report, evaluation report, lessons learned and post-project recommendations (if needed).
Our requirements:
Proven experience in HR System transformation projects and in managing such projects.
Ability to interpret regulations and propose practical solutions to be implemented in the HR systems.
Excellent knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
Polish Labor Law knowledge is essential.
Proven record of working with TETA system.
Strong technical skills and mindset.
Change management knowledge and experience.
Proficiency in English.
Experience in working in demanding professional environments.
Strong customer orientation and business awareness.
