　　Tax Specialist manages the recurring tax topics and periodic corporate tax submission (direct and indirect taxes) for EssilorLuxottica activities (Mass production, RX, Frames and Consignment) amongst different Thai industrial zones (Latkrabang, Amatanakorn, Chonburiand Rayong).

　　Tax Specialist is responsible for monitoring the local country tax compliance (income tax, withholding tax, and indirect tax) including the month end closing process related to tax accounts in theBalance Sheet (BS), tax reconciliation, Cooperate Income Tax (CIT) calculation, deferred tax and tax provisions.

　　Tax Specialist will assist in the preparation of domestic, corporate and international tax compliance filings and related matters (CIT report, BOI report,Transfer Pricing (TP) report...) including the assistance in the review of tax related internal controls and internal procedures to ensure the compliance with the requirement of local tax authorities.

　　My day at EssilorLuxottica

　　Responsible for Tax & Transformation matters related to Thailand entities in difference areas such as Latkrabang, Chonburi and Rayong on following topics:

　　To prepare and submit Vat to Thai Revenue Department (TRD) and Validate the VAT return data, generate the report and tax payment; in compliance to local tax and country statutory requirements.

　　To Prepare the Withholding tax (WHT) filing and submission.

　　To monitor the month end closing related to tax accounts in the BS, tax reconciliation, CIT calculation considering BOI incentives, deferred tax and tax provisions.

　　To coordinate with GBS China on tax related matters including monthly tax reconciliation.

　　To prepare the CIT report.

　　To prepare the BOI report.

　　To prepare the transfer pricing report.

　　To prepare the Local taxes, Stamp Duty tax, Special business tax and all taxes.

　　To review the preparation of domestic, corporate and international tax compliance filings and related matters.

　　To assist in the review of tax related internal controls and internal procedures to ensure the compliance with the requirement of local tax authorities.

　　Must have

　　Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting or any related fields

　　Very good knowledge of basic accounting standard (Local GAAP and IFRS) and local tax law

　　Knowledge and experience in BOI

　　Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

　　Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality

　　Good skill in MS applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word

　　Good knowledge in Oracle or SAP

　　Good command of English both written and spoken

　　Flexible, able to travel to travel among 4 factories in Thailand
