The Senior Manager Global Compensation Operations leads a team responsible for global Annual Rewards Planning, Base Pay/Job Structure, MIP/OIP, and LTI execution. Responsibilities include planning deliverables and resources to support effective and efficient delivery of global broad based compensation program processing including execution, administration, analysis, and reporting. This role reports to Senior Director Total Rewards Operations.

This position can reside in Minneapolis, MN or one of our other US office locations or work remote.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Manage the execution and administration of Base Pay, MIP/OIP & LTI for all employees globally, including the set-up, validation, calculation, award planning, processing, and reporting
Plan, track, monitor, and report on the execution lifecycle of the programs
Test, audit and validate that all data protocols and SOX controls are being maintained
Guide regional TR operations teams that provide support across multiple compensation programs (Base Pay, MIP/OIP, LTI)
Set and monitor goals and expectations for direct reports. Provide coaching and manage work assignments to meet quality, performance, and service goals
Leads & participate in internal and cross-functional initiatives related to continuous process and quality improvement (such as Lean or Six Sigma)
Utilize a variety of management Skills: People & Resources Management, Critical Thinking, Project Management, Collaboration and Productivity Software, Effective Communication
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of HR and / or Total Rewards experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5+ years of HR and / or Total Rewards experience with 5+ years of managerial experienceNice to Have
Continuous process improvement mindset
Ability to influence in a complex matrixed environment
Collaborative workstyle
Experience with Workday and PeopleFluent
Shared Services and / or HR program administration

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
