  Job Description

  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. HR Business Partner to support Dynatrace’s EMEA Revenue function to enable organizational success. You will play a pivotal role driving the strategic and operational aspects of human resources for this business-critical client group.

  Reporting to the Director, Global HR Business Partners, you will collaborate closely with senior business leaders to provide comprehensive HR solutions that support talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and cultural alignment.

  The role requires a seasoned HR professional with a solid grasp of the unique challenges and opportunities within a SaaS Sales environment.

  Responsibilities

  Strategic Partnerships:

  Develop a deep understanding of functional business objectives, ensuring P&C alignment with business goals, working closely with Sr. Sales leaders to drive the organization's short-term and long-term people strategy.

  Diagnose organizational challenges and work closely with leaders to design and implement solutions enhancing team performance and collaboration.

  Manage organizational change, restructurings, and cultural transformations by helping employees navigate the changes and ensuring alignment with business initiatives/direction.

  Talent Management:

  Collaborate with Sales leaders to create and execute people plans addressing workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning.

  Implement effective onboarding, retention and career development strategies that enhance employee experience and reduce turnover.

  Partner with functional leadership to embed performance management practices that establishes clear objectives, continuous feedback, and professional growth.

  Data-Driven Insights:

  Utilize HR analytics/metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Employee Engagement and Culture:

  Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects Dynatrace's values and promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.

  Develop initiatives to boost engagement, address workplace concerns, and improve communication between employees, managers and leaders.

  Compliance and Policies:

  Ensure practices and policies within the function align with legal requirements and global Dynatrace standards, providing guidance on various employment matters in partnership with People Operations and Employee Relations team. Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  Extensive and progressive HR experience, with a significant portion spent in HR business partnering roles (preferably with 3-4 years supporting sales functions in a SaaS/technology environment).

  Solid understanding of HR practices, talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.

  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  Proven experience in driving change management initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation.

  Ability to analyze HR data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
