  The Opportunity

  This position works onsite out of our Plymouth, MN location in the Electrophysiology Division within Abbott.

  What You’ll Work On

  Responsible for serving as a key contributor to the overall Global Strategic Marketing team for Electrophysiology by focusing on Customer Engagement activities. The incumbent in this position will be regarded as a senior profile with broad knowledge of Electrophysiology and a solid network with Global KOLs.

  The Senior Marketing Manager will design Customer Engagement programs, driving cross-functional collaboration and tactical alignment. This person will lead a strategic role on the Global Marketing EP team and work closely with multiple stakeholders: R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, ProfEd, and Strategic Marketing. The position requires excellent communication skills, leadership, and a proven ability to influence the organization.

  Specific examples of responsibilities of the manager:

  Lead Strategic Advisory Meetings (in-person and virtual)

  Lead KOL and Customer events (e.g. during the International Congresses)

  Co-lead with Strategic Marketing the Innovation Suites during International Congresses and Abbott events

  Create a solid network of EP KOLs across the globe

  Support multiple stakeholders in the identification of appropriate KOLs based on program requirements and objectives

  Develop resources for KOL engagement activities, such as a database or similar platform for tracking KOL partnership

  Maintenance of resources for KOL engagement

  Analysis and Reporting of the Customer Engagement programs to the leadership

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  Required Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree.

  5+ years’ experience in healthcare, life sciences, or technology-based products.

  Minimum 2 years of experience in Electrophysiology.

  Field-based experience is preferred but not required

  Experience in Customer Engagement

  Excellent communication skills, leadership, and a proven ability to influence the organization.

  Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.

  Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  Strong Analytical and IT skills (excel, power BI, etc.)

  Ability to leverage and engage others to accomplish projects.

  Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines promptly.

  Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.

  Ability to travel up to 20%, including internationally.

  The base pay for this position is $109,300.00 – $218,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
