The Life Sciences Electron Microscopy Business Unit provides innovative electron microscopy workflow solutions for high resolution biological imaging, ranging from atomic resolution imaging of protein complexes to volume acquisition of cellular compartment structures.

We are looking for an inspiring marketer to focus on the development and execution of digital and content marketing campaigns to drive demand, delight customers and achieve sales, marketing, and revenue goals for our life science microscopy solutions.

A day in the Life:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and implement global content-rich, multichannel digital marketing campaigns and measure with a strong drive to get results

Deploy appropriate marketing content across digital channels, including web, email nurture, video, social media, paid search and display advertising

Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities using tools like Adobe Analytics, Power BI and CRM; Report on these metrics regularly and adjust tactics to improve performance

Work together with business teams to improve content delivery, engagement, outcomes, and end-user experiences, aligning marketing activities to buyer journey.

Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize the promotional mix on campaigns to achieve a high return on investment

Act as a business unit partner to marketing operations team - a true brand ambassador, understanding, upholding, and communicating our business unit strategy in all aspects of our marketing programs

Review, create and maintain audience segmentation to meet global business goals

May perform other related duties as the need arises and/or assigned

Keys to Success:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare-related field, advanced degree preferredExperience

5+ years of experience of digital marketing expertise, and ability to derive insights from data, with proven success in display advertising, search engine marketing and optimization, social, video and automation approaches

Strong understanding of digital programs including but not limited to the suite of Adobe platforms, Eloqua, Power BI, CRM other technologies

Experience working in a complex, highly-matrixed organization and a strong record of building alignment in cross-functional teams.

Knows impactful marketing requires a balance of creativity and analytics to be successful and will have had experience in developing content and marketing initiatives for new market awareness and engagement

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Analytical thinking skills and experience in analyzing trends on a business and capable of turning into reports and presentations with actionable initiatives to support business growth

Proven capability in copywriting and editing, excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong creative intuition on design and messaging that resonates with customers and an ability to learn from previous campaigns to improve on performance

Team focused mentality

Travel is required (10%); including international
