　　About the Role

　　As a Customer Experience Associate II, you will be supporting our client’s customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service.

　　As a Customer Experience Associate II, you will be responsible for:

　　Performing routine call center activities concerning business products and services.

　　Performing tasks based on established procedures.

　　Multitasking within multiple systems.

　　Assisting other departments as needed.

　　Requirements

　　To be successful in this role you will:

　　Have good written communication skills.

　　Have knowledge of Call Center process.

　　Be able to work independently.

　　Be able to comply with all policies and standards.

　　Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.

　　Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

　　Be able to submit a background check and drug test.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
