We are hiring for a REMOTE Senior Financial Systems Analyst in Columbia, MD (Must reside in Maryland)

Description:

As our Business Systems Consultant, you will serve as part of the CCT Finance Systems team providing support for CCT Finance for product and customer profitability

Support for the Controllers team for various regulatory reporting.

The team member will conduct system data loads, perform in-depth data validations and analysis, prioritize issue resolution, work with business and technology partners to resolve issues, communicate changes, and maintain documentation for all processes.

This role requires an understanding of finance and/or accounting concepts to lead the analysis of complex business problems that they will then solve and look for opportunities in automation of process solutions which includes creating requirements and testing.

This Team member will closely work with multiple functions within Finance, Treasury, Product Management, Technology, Operations and Controllers and follow daily responsibilities and requirements.

Responsible for data loads and reconciliations to the key databases used by CCT Finance that are used for business decisions by upper management.

Utilizes financial and operational systems to retrieve and analyze data, perform research and interprets findings that have financial impact, and draws appropriate conclusions to support business decisions.

Responsible for identification, investigation and resolution of complex financial problems requiring technical expertise.

Provides quality customer service to clients as well as ensures promotion of service-oriented approach.

Additional Skills Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or quantitative field with a focus on various technology applications.

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, or Finance Systems Operations roles.

Ability to perform complex analyses, draw conclusions, and communicate recommendations.

Experience with SQL and/or relational databases, ability to query and interpret large datasets, proficient Excel knowledge.
