　　Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

　　Job Status: Full Time Year Round

　　Compensation and Benefits:- Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $2,653.85 to $2,850.00+biweekly amount, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.- Benefits: This position is eligible to enroll in company subsidizedmedical, dental, vision, flexible spending, HSA, life/disabilityoptions; season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at severalother resorts. 　　Job Summary:The Senior Financial Analyst position is a full-time, year-round position atCopper Mountain. The Senior Financial Analyst takes a lead role across theresort in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, business planning,tracking actuals, working with businesses to prepare presentations, andthe capital planning process. The Senior Financial Analyst is an expert acrossthe various ancillary businesses at Copper Mountain, able to analyze andfacilitate business planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all lines ofbusiness. As an expert across all lines of business the Senior FinancialAnalyst helps train and support junior Financial Analysts. The SeniorFinancial Analyst models potential capital spend opportunities and preparesthe analyses in a consumable format. The Senior Financial Analyst creates,analyzes, and reviews various financial reports for the purpose of providingleadership with recommendations on business plan adjustments, forecasting,and product placement in future years. The Senior Financial Analyst assists inthe facilitation of monthly forecasting and trending and assists inforecasting. The Senior Financial Analyst also provides analysis andrecommendations related to business planning and performs accounting functionsrequired to ensure accuracy of financial statements.

　　Basic Requirements:- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.- Must be able to visually review written and electronic documents.- Intermediate ski or snowboard ability.- Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a criminal background checkwill be conducted after position is accepted. This background check will bedone in accordance with standards enacted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
