The UPI Finance team plays a key role in supporting the UPI Senior Management team. It oversees a complex, multinational network of owned operating companies, licensees and JV’s. The team will partner closely with other Head Office functions, all UPI operating companies and corporate groups based in London and Amsterdam.

Responsibilities:
Lead Overheads and Capex management, including Opco and Head Office department updates, variance analysis and identification of risks & opportunities
Consolidate and review annual Overhead and Capex budgets, including quarterly/monthly forecasts, from Opcos and UPI JV and present budget to Film HQ for approval
Lead preparation of quarterly management reporting presentations designed to drive discussion on operational issues and decisions
Analyze and track headcount reporting providing semi-annual variance explanations
Direct collaboration with Opco finance teams, Head Office departments, FP&A, Controllership and UPI JV
Work closely with VP, Global Controller on special projects and cost initiatives
Prepare various reporting for UPI Senior Management team
2+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or related field
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or related field such as economics
Eligibility Requirements:

Demonstrated strong communication skills and a pro-active approach to building working relationships in a matrix environment

Salary Range: $70,500 - 95,000 (Not bonus eligible)
