We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business  Remotely.

　　Reporting to the Finance Director, this position will support financial forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis for Q2 Solutions' Genomics, Vaccines and RBM business units. This role will partner with operations teams and produce insightful and actionable financial analysis to help drive the business forward. This role develops and communicates financial insights, key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensures that decisions are driven by thoughtful and thorough analysis. This includes the responsibility for forecasting, development of annual operating plans, and ad hoc analysis for day-to-day business decisions as well as unique projects.

　　What you’ll be doing:

　　Support the development of annual budget, monthly forecasts, and month-end reporting of actual results. This includes on-going analysis versus plan and/or the forecast. Support the monitoring of risks and opportunities and interim changes to help manage working P&L between forecasts.

　　Support with business/financial analysis and decision support that allows management to evaluate alternatives, make fact-based decisions, and evaluate the consequences of decisions.

　　Assist with preparing presentations including weekly & monthly BU Reviews, Management Business Reviews, and semi-annual deep-dive Business Unit reviews.

　　Ensures that the recording, measurement and reporting of all financial transactions adhere to internal IQVIA corporate policies and procedures, government regulations and local business/functional requirements.

　　Partners with the Operations Team to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to inform thoughtful decision making.

　　Develops specific business metrics that support timely and actionable information flow for daily operational and long-term strategic planning purposes.

　　Ensures achievement of business/functional financial targets by monitoring spending, providing insight and early warning.

　　What We Are Looking For:

　　4+ years of progressively responsible experience in an FP&A role performing business analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting.

　　Bachelor’s degree in finance or Accounting, MBA preferred.

　　Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

　　Excellent excel and modeling capabilities.

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong leadership and focus.

　　The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

　　Knowledge of financial systems/software is a plus (HFM, Hyperion Essbase and Power BI).

　　Strong project management skills and the ability to consider the big picture of the overall business when making recommendations.

　　High level of integrity and self-confidence.

　　The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $64,300.00 - $96,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
