　　Chewy is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and customer focused Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team in our Bellevue, WA hub. Combining an understanding of finance, strong practical knowledge of financial statements, and showcasing the ability to analyze data in an impactful way, this candidate will perform various financial planning and analysis processes to drive decision-making and ensure Chewy’s financial goals are achieved.

　　What You’ll Do:

　　Aid in the preparation of internal and external reporting packages for C-Suite and Board consumption Help refine key metrics and performance indicators used to evaluate overall business performance Collaborate with team members and cross-functional leaders in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial review process to track performance while explaining variances and identifying risks and opportunities to plan Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team to improve and streamline the team’s reporting processes, deliverables, and timelines Assist with financial reporting of non-GAAP financial metrics and other key performance indicators Ensure reporting deliverables are prepared timely, accurately and in alignment with partner finance teams Effectively manage numerous projects in a fast-paced environment

　　What You’ll Need:

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field 3+ years relevant experience (financial analysis, key performance indicators, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, data analysis and manipulation) Very strong financial analysis and modeling skills with a right first time approach Curious, proactive, results-oriented, dynamic professional with a continuous process improvement mindset Track record of ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize changing workloads while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Minimal travel required Bonus (if applicable):

　　Experience with Hyperion SmartView, Tableau, Oracle ERP, SQL Familiarity with an e-commerce or retail business model Compensation & Benefits:

　　Our salary range for a Senior Financial Analyst position is $87,000.00 - $130,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
