　　Capital One is seeking a motivated professional for a FP&A (Financial Planning & Analytics) Senior Financial Analyst position. As a Senior Financial Analyst within Infrastructure Finance, you will support key business organizations including External Affairs, the Enterprise Services Risk Office and Corporate Ventures. You'll have the opportunity to work cross functionally with business partners and other Finance teams to shape and achieve strategic & financial agendas.

　　This role will require strong communication, client relationship management & problem solving skills in order to effectively:

　　Deliver accurate, meaningful, and efficient financial forecasts and management reporting to help our partners deliver on their financial objectivesAssist in development of presentations to communicate analysis results to senior audiences, clearly articulate outcomes of analysis & recommendations to leadershipGuide senior leaders in making decisions and understanding both near term & long term financial impacts of key investment decisionsIdentify and drive ongoing process automation & improvementThink critically with an ability to quickly balance changing priorities

　　Financial forecast management & variance analysisBusiness performance reportingExecutive business presentation developmentAd hoc requests & special projectsEffectively manage and prioritize workload

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree or military experienceAt least 1 year of experience in financial analysisAt least 1 year of experience in financial modeling

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree in FinanceChartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licenseAt least 3 years of experience in financial analysisAt least 3 years experience with financial modelingAt least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or a combination
